From several harbours in the area, visitors can choose between daily archipelago cruises, historic canal journeys and seasonal evening tours. Boat trips offer a relaxed and scenic way to discover remote islands, traditional fishing villages and the unique coastal landscape that defines Sankt Anna.

With M/S Ellen af Harstena, you can travel the Archipelago Line every day from the harbour of Fyrudden to Harstena, passing the island of Ämtö on the way.
The vessel departs from Fyrudden daily at 10:00, from June 17 to August 23, 2026.

One way to experience the Göta Canal is from the water aboard M/S Athene. Departing from picturesque Söderköping, the journey follows the historic canal before briefly venturing out onto the Baltic Sea.
This trip offers a combination of calm canal cruising, locks and coastal scenery.

From the guest harbour in Söderköping, join M/S Athene on a five-hour cruise with a stop at Stegeborg.
On board, you can enjoy a light summer lunch and refreshing drinks while listening to guided commentary through the scenic landscape. The trip can be taken either one way or as a round trip.

Unique boat tour experiences
A seal safari offers a memorable nature experience at the far edge of the outer archipelago. The journey passes Harstena before continuing towards Sandsänkan, an area well known for its seal colonies.
During the guided tour, visitors have the opportunity to observe seals in their natural habitat while learning more about the wildlife and landscape of the Sankt Anna archipelago.
The tour runs from June 28 to August 16, 2026.
On Wednesdays, the boat departs from Tyrislöt at 16:00.
On Sundays, the boat departs from Fyrudden at 16:00.

On four Saturday evenings this summer, M/S Svanö offers an evening cruise to Aspöja. Departing Arkösund at 18:00, the route follows the archipelago in the soft evening light. During the stop at Aspöja, visitors can enjoy dinner at the restaurant, take a stroll around the island, or go for a refreshing evening swim.

Enjoy an enchanting evening cruise aboard M/S Athene along the Göta Canal, departing from the guest harbour at the Söderköping locks.
During the journey, a delicious shrimp box with fresh bread and aioli is served, along with refreshing drinks available for purchase.
The cruise runs on Saturdays from July 4 to August 22, 2026, between 18:00 and 21:00.

Sankt Anna Bed & Boat is run by Britta and Lennart. In addition to boat trips, they also run Bed and Breakfast on the archipelago island of Hindö in Sankt Anna's inner archipelago.
